About Brian

Brian has been developing affordable housing projects in Kansas City and the midwest for the last 10 years with Cougar Capital, LLC and Cohen-Esrey Development, LLC utilizing both Low-Income Housing and historic tax credits. He has an extensive background in public sector planning and economic development, real estate acquisition and disposition, successful private-sector fundraising and the negotiation of complex public/private sector partnerships.
